1. Purchase a Vibe Repair Package (this listing). You will receive a link to download your Vibe Restringing Form with specific instructions on next steps.
2. Ship your piece to us per instructions in the Vibe Restringing Form. You are responsible for postage to us and we will cover the shipping costs back to you.

Package & ship back to you via USPS First Class trackable shipping.
