Because we produce slowly and sustainably, our jewelry is created in small, beautiful batches. And, because it is our passion to share a wide variety of high quality and distinctive stones with you, we do not keep a large back stock of our pieces. If you have your heart set on a specific item, we highly encourage you to sign up for the waitlist on the product page so you can receive a notification should the item come back in stock. Please note, a restock is not guaranteed.

All of our jewelry is made in Austin, Texas by our talented team of mindful artisans. Every knot and every stone is intentionally placed to create a piece that lets Mother Earth shine.
We recommend that you:
- Keep it away from oils, lotions and sprays as much as possible
- Avoid showering or sleeping in it
- Store it neatly when not wearing it or keep it on your signature Vibe card
- Use the slider bead while holding both ends together to gently shorten or lengthen your necklace or bracelet
- Wear it with love as a reminder of your intentions
Each piece of jewelry comes with a Care card tucked in the back pocket of the card.
Pure silk. It is hypo-allergenic, incredibly soft and 100% biodegradable. We are often asked what type of chain we use because of the beautiful sheen the silk gives off in the light.

Unless it's a pre-order or otherwise specified, orders ship within 1-2 business days.
If you purchase a pre-order item with another item(s), we will ship the ready piece(s) before your pre-order item unless you request otherwise at time of order.
At this time, our team does not have the bandwidth to accept personal requests or perform modifications. If you are interested in a custom order within our design aesthetic for 10 or more pieces, please send an inquiry via our contact page or e.mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot promise we will be able to accommodate your needs, but we will consider your request and determine if aligns with our current capabilities.
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e.mail or text, depending on which you selected at checkout.

It's no secret that the USPS has experienced many challenges in recent years. It is luckily still rare that a package goes completely missing. If you track your package and it says delivered and you have not received it, we recommend waiting 1- 2 business days to see if it does show up. We have seen this happen many, many times lately. If it still does not arrive, check with your local Post Office first, and also please let us know! We'll do our best to help locate it and determine next steps with you.
